Farm Markets 2014

White Cloud Alpacas will be attending 3 different Farm Markets this fall on 4 different dates.
We will be bringing a couple Alpacas, yarn, roving, clothing & more for sale.

September 17    3 pm - 7 pm       Sparta Farm Market

September 19     8 am - 2pm       Big Rapids Farm Market

September 20     9am - 1pm        Howard City Farm Market

September 23,   1pm - 6pm         Big Rapids Farm Market

Field Trips



We have had many preschool classes visit over the years.

we have had a few old car clubs stop in for a visit. It was hard for us to concentrate on the Alpacas when so many great old cars were coming down our driveway!




We have field trips for all ages. We can form fit the field trip for your group. The preschool age children usually just like to pet the Alpacas and walk them around. We have the kids feel different types of fiber and tell them just a bit about Alpacas. If time allows, we have a book about Alpacas we can read and the children love the activity books. With older ages we get more involved about the history of Alpacas, caring for them. Alpaca fiber types verses different animals. Fiber from start to finish-shearing, cleaning & carting the fiber into roving and finally spinning.

    I live down the other side of pine by baseline and never knew of your farm until I went into a store in Newaygo that sells your teddybears. They are the cutest thing ever! I am taking my first born grandchild to the open house on the sixth of October. I plan on making it a fall tradition. Thank you for sharing your fuzzy friends.
